Great to meet you!

You’re performing at a high level but internally, it doesn’t feel that way.

Your mind doesn’t shut off. The pressure is constant. You’re handling responsibilities, showing up, and getting things done but underneath that, there’s anxiety, stress, or patterns that don’t seem to change.

I work with high-performing adults who are used to carrying a lot, but know something needs to shift.

This isn’t passive therapy. My approach is direct, practical, and focused on helping you actually move forward. We start by identifying what’s driving what you’re experiencing whether that’s anxiety, unresolved experiences, or mental patterns—and then build a clear path toward change. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with other evidence-based approaches to create both insight and action.

My approach to therapy

I’m warm and supportive, but also honest and straightforward. If you’re looking for a place to stay stuck or just talk without direction, I’m probably not the right fit. If you want clarity, traction, and real progress, we’ll work well together.

All sessions are conducted online by video, making it easy to meet during the workday or over lunch no travel required. You can take the time you need to do this work from your office or home.

Sessions are $200 for private pay. I also accept insurance through Headway with select providers. Scheduling, billing, and insurance verification are all handled through Headway for a streamlined process.

You can schedule directly using the booking link. After scheduling, you’ll receive a secure video link for your session.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what's going on and where you want to go. I'll ask questions to get a clear picture of your situation, what you've tried, and what's not working. From there, we begin identifying patterns and outlining a direction so you leave with more clarity, not just a place to start.
