Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with children, teens, adults, and families, providing a warm and supportive space where you can feel understood, develop practical tools, and make meaningful progress. I help clients navigate anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions through evidence-based approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and PCIT.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel approachable, collaborative, and genuinely helpful. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, whether that is helping a child build emotional regulation skills, supporting a teen through stress and identity development, or guiding an adult through trauma recovery.

What you can expect from me

Outside of my work, I’m a devoted family man who enjoys traveling and exploring new places. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for connection, curiosity, personal growth, and finding joy in everyday life. As your therapist, I hope to help you reconnect with yourself, better understand your experiences, and rediscover the people, activities, and values that bring you happiness. Together, we can work toward creating a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling.
