Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Jonathan Meza, LPCC. My practice is based in the Los Angeles area in Southern California, but I am also available via telehealth for clients throughout the state.

My areas of experience and specialty include working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, anger, challenges with adjustment, the effects of trauma, grief and loss, and self-harm symptoms and behaviors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to gently challenge my clients with sensitivity for everyone's unique pace in self-discovery and motivation to achieve their goals. I'm known for being a great listener, and a kid at heart. I'm a believer that life’s hardships can be opportunities for amazing growth.

What you can expect from me

I am dedicated to providing you a great counseling experience to assist in restoring you to the whole, healthy, beautifully complex person you are. My practice provides a safe space to explore your emotions, goals, strengths, struggles, and ability to heal and transform your heart and mind to overcome life’s challenges.

I believe that although our hearts and minds can be vulnerable, they are also among the strongest and most resilient parts of ourselves.
