Great to meet you!

My name is Jon Miller, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been working in the field of mental health for over 5 years now.

My approach to therapy

I have worked primarily with adolescents and emerging adults (13-26) in both therapy and life coaching settings. In therapy, I utilize a person-centered, collaborative style with more formal approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to work on symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma-based responses. With life coaching, I help clients address executive functioning deficits and teach tangible skills to help with transitions into adulthood.

What you can expect from me

My hope is to help clients better manage their daily stressors and the narrative they are telling themselves by creating a trusting, therapeutic relationship.
