English.

I’m a bilingual therapist who is passionate about supporting mental health, personal growth, and self-care. I believe you deserve to feel heard, valued, and empowered to advocate for yourself. In our work together, I’ll help you build practical tools—including communication and coping skills—to strengthen self-esteem and self-awareness.

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up as you are, explore what’s been difficult, and approach yourself with greater compassion. We’ll work collaboratively toward the connections and life that feel meaningful to you, at a pace that honors your strengths and your story.

Healing isn’t always a straight path, and you don’t have to walk it alone. My hope is to support you as you move toward greater confidence, self-acceptance, and hope.

My approach to therapy

English.

My approach draws on CBT, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness, with interventions tailored to your needs and goals. We may also use grounding and relaxation skills, emotion-regulation strategies, self-compassion practices, and strengths-based work. When helpful, I incorporate trauma-informed care and interpersonal techniques to explore relationship patterns and support clearer communication.

Together, we can notice how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect, while making space for your experiences without judgment. I aim to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel valued, heard, and understood. We’ll build on your strengths, practice tools that feel useful, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

English.

Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and whatever you’re feeling about it—hope, anxiety, uncertainty, or a mix of emotions—is welcome here. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say.

We’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in and what life has been like for you. Together, we can explore what you hope to change or strengthen and set goals that feel right for you. This is your journey, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, with care, compassion, and respect for your experiences.
