I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, personalized care for individuals of all ages. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other mood disorders through medication management and supportive therapy. My approach is collaborative, and I work closely with each patient to create a treatment plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. I offer both in-person visits in Jena, Louisiana and tele-health appointments across the state through my clinic, Mentally Fit Behavioral Health.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your goals and help guide us toward the right treatment approach.
