Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jonathan. I bring over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, feelings of depression, relationship challenges, and struggles with self-esteem through insight-driven therapy. I became a therapist out of a passion for helping people reclaim their lives and relationships. With a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in marriage and family therapy/counseling, I’ve supported clients in community clinics, inpatient psychiatric units, correctional facilities and rural hospitals. These experiences taught me to meet clients where they are—with empathy, structure, and insight. Today, I bring that same depth to my private practice, offering a supportive space for clients to heal, grow, and thrive. My work is focused, collaborative, and rooted in real-world change.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy by drawing from Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral techniques to support lasting clarity, insight, and personal growth. This means we not only explore the deeper roots of your experiences but also develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges in real time. My goal is to help you understand patterns that no longer serve you, reshape your inner narrative, and build tools that empower meaningful change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relational difficulties, or self-doubt, I provide a grounded, compassionate space where healing and transformation are possible.

What you can expect from me

I’ve been told therapy with me feels like a conversation, not a clinical checklist. I focus on building real connection and trust from the start, so you feel safe opening up. We’ll map out your goals together and use tailored strategies that fit your life—not generic advice. Sessions are practical, collaborative, and designed to create momentum. Most clients begin weekly and shift to biweekly as progress builds. I work best with individuals ready to dig deep, break old patterns, and build lasting change. Clients often say I “get it,” that I’m easy to talk to, and that our work feels both supportive and real. If you’re looking for progress with purpose, let’s talk.
