Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, panic, relationships, life transitions, grief, trauma, and recurring patterns. I have specialized training in EMDR and trauma treatment. My style is warm, paced, collaborative, and straightforward. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.

My approach to therapy

I draw from several approaches depending on what we’re working on together. Cognitive and behavioral techniques can help us look at how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact and where different responses may be helpful. I also use EMDR when distressing memories or past experiences continue to affect the present.

At times, we may use parts-oriented work to better understand different reactions, needs, or beliefs that seem to pull you in different directions. Narrative and person-centered approaches help us explore how you understand your experiences while keeping your values and goals at the center of the work. I also use motivational interviewing when you’re feeling stuck, unsure about a change, or finding that part of you wants one thing while another part isn’t quite ready.

We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, and I’ll introduce approaches and tools that I think may be useful while we decide together what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

I want to provide a welcoming, comfortable, and purposeful space for you. We’ll talk about what brings you in, identify what feels most important, and decide together where to focus our work.
