Great to meet you!

My name is Jonathan Rose and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been in practice for 10 years now, and have a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life skills, anger management, relationship issues and dynamics, and overcoming personal struggles.

My approach to therapy

My style is empowering and inquisitive, as my goal is to learn as much as you feel comfortable sharing with me, and helping you find solutions to the problems that are preventing you from living a fuller life. My main theoretical orientation is CBT, as I do believe that how we think and feel affect what we do, and understanding those connections can help us make new ones.

What you can expect from me

Goals typically set are to build rapport first, create an environment suitable for sharing honest feelings towards each other, and then diving into the reasons for being into therapy and how to manage your experiences in a better way, while also not losing of who you are and what makes you special.
