Great to meet you!

As both a licensed clinical and school psychologist, I also have years of experience in conducting clinical assessments, diagnosis, and developing treatment plans for children, teenagers, and adults experiencing academic, behavioral, and social difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, as well as relationship and family discord.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Since past and/or current behaviors can serve as major drivers for maladaptive functioning, my theoretical approach emphasizes cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and systems theory techniques depending on the presenting problem.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal as a clinician is to foster a relationship that will allow you to be comfortable, develop clear objectives, and ultimately address root problems that are causing negative life experiences.
