Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a registered Art Therapist (ATR), with experience supporting individuals facing depression, trauma, life transitions, crisis situations, and complex mental health challenges. My background includes inpatient, community-based, and school-based settings, where I have worked with clients navigating overwhelming emotions, identity concerns, and periods of significant change. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each client's needs, I draw from trauma focused CBT, DBT, ACT, and art therapy, while grounding my work in existential, client-centered philosophy, I focus on assisting clients explore meaning, values, and personal growth, providing a collaborative and empathetic space for healing and finding balance.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll create a welcoming and supportive space. We'll begin by discussing your concerns, exploring your history, and clarifying what you'd like to work on.
