Great to meet you!

I’m Jonathan Spikes, a mental health counselor dedicated to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and build resilience. My practice focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where we address challenges such as trauma, stress, and life transitions while developing tools for lasting emotional wellness. I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking with them toward the healthier, more fulfilling life they deserve.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique journey. I use evidence-based practices—such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused strategies—while also focusing on building trust and creating a safe space for open conversation.

What you can expect from me

My ideal clients are individuals and families who may feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges—whether it’s coping with trauma, navigating stress, managing anxiety or depression, or working through difficult transitions. I also work closely with young people who are learning to find their voice and build resilience in the face of adversity.
