Great to meet you!

I have over 23 years of experience as a licensed therapist in the state of Wisconsin. I earned my MSW from Florida State University. I have advanced training in Brainspotting and developmental trauma. I have worked with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, families and adults, often focusing on stress and anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, parenting, depression and family dynamics.

My approach to therapy

As an adoptee, I bring a unique personal lens to my therapeutic profession. My life experiences have shaped my awareness, sensitivity and curiosity about cultural and racial identity development, as well as a desire to meet people where they are at in life with an attitude of inclusivity and respect. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and sensitivity, recognizing that every client has unique needs that require tailored communication strategies and individualized treatment.

What you can expect from me

I focus on utilizing in-depth, creative and engaging treatment interventions, and I am honored to be a part of each client's growth process. I enjoy empowering each client to become an agent of change in their own lives.
