My primary goal as a counselor is to walk alongside people that are in the courageous pursuit of positive change through providing consistent encouragement, and ethical care. There is freedom to come as you are – your feelings and experiences are valid. Counseling will offer a safe environment for you to explore anything you want to bring into the therapy room.

I prioritize multicultural competency and equality, and believe that I have the duty as a professional counselor to be an advocate for my clients. I work with any client that walks through my door regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, physical or mental ability, or perspective.

Your mental and emotional well-being matters, and I believe that counseling can offer a safe space for you to care for feelings and experiences that are weighing on you. My goal is to provide support, kindness, and accountability to clients as they navigate through tough circumstances.
