Great to meet you!

As human beings we sometimes enter periods in our lives in which we experience significant life transitions or face mental health challenges which naturally lead to feelings that can feel uncomfortable such as anxiety and depression. During these moments it’s not uncommon to feel overwhelmed by our emotions, feel like the feelings are everlasting and or uncertain about how to move forward. When we enter these phases one of the best ways to move forward is by seeking a supportive space where we can explore our thoughts and feelings openly.
