Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals and families, with a focus on trauma. Since receiving my Masters degree in mental health counseling from the Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine (MHCBM) program at Boston University School of Medicine in 2014, I've worked in a variety of mental health settings, including residential programs and group practice. These experiences have helped shape a flexible, compassionate approach to care that meets people where they are.

In addition to my clinical work, I currently serve as the Associate Director of Clinical Training at BU's MHCBM program. There, I support the development of future clinicians through supervision and mentorship, something I’ve found deeply rewarding.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) Therapy, motivational interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory. My style is collaborative and grounded in the belief that every person has the inner resources and resilience needed to heal and grow. I strive to create a space that is safe, respectful, and supportive, where your experiences are heard and your goals are honored.

What you can expect from me

My intention in each session is to create an environment of warmth and openness, where a client can have space to step back from the day-to-day and come away again with a sense of empowerment and new perspective. Collaboration and curiosity are central to how I work with clients.
