Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in community mental health. I earned my MSW from SUNY Brockport in 2020 and have worked in community-based settings since graduating, supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health needs. I obtained my LCSW in December 2025. My work is grounded in practical, compassionate care, and I focus on helping clients build insight, coping skills, and sustainable change in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

I offer person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and humanistic therapy tailored to each client. I provide a supportive, affirming space to explore patterns, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on real-life progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to decide if I’m a good fit. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and what support might be most helpful right now. I’ll ask questions about your history, strengths, and current challenges, and you’re always welcome to share at your own pace. We’ll also discuss how therapy can look moving forward and make sure you leave with clarity and a sense of direction.
