Dr. Jonathan Woodin

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in practice since 2016. I often work with people who have anxiety disorders, mood disorders, men's issues, and sexual dysfunction.

My main approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a style that focuses on taking action to better respond to the parts of life beyond your control. I recommend practical skills to build a better understanding of yourself, your struggles, and your goals. At times I will ask you to challenge your fears head on so they are no longer a barrier between you and the life you want.

I prefer to collaborate on goals so I can be sure they line up with your intentions for therapy. That said, I often encourage setting specific and measurable goals with clear timeframes so we can track your progress, address any difficulties, and celebrate your successes.
