Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work, and I have experience working in community mental health, school settings and private practice. I am especially passionate about supporting women as they navigate personal, relational, and cultural challenges. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I work with clients to better understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be contributing to their current challenges. At the same time, I focus on helping clients develop tools they can use in their daily lives. My style is conversational and reflective, with an emphasis on building insight, emotional awareness, and healthier ways of coping and relating to others.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, your goals, and what you hope to gain from the process. I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace while we begin building a foundation for the work ahead.
