I meet my patients where they are in their journey and support the process. Sometimes taking the first step to explore psychotherapy is confusing.

Many patients benefit from speaking to someone outside of their family or circle of friends. Often anxiety is a symptom of having too many responsibilities and not enough time. Relationship issues stem from ineffective communication patterns resulting in couples feeling discouraged or hopeless when searching for solutions. I encourage my patients to ask questions so they can find treatment that is the right fit for them.

I graduated from an advanced educational program in Clinical Psychology, specializing in psychodynamic approach to diagnosis and treatment. I made this commitment to expand my knowledge and experience to address the unique challenges of individuals and families in the community.
