Great to meet you!

I’ve been doing this work for 18 years not because it’s easy, but because I’ve seen people arrive carrying burdens that felt immovable and leave with a new relationship to those experiences.

I work with teenagers, adults, and seniors navigating a wide range of challenges, including substance use and addiction, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, OCD, grief, eating disorders, relationship struggles, and questions of identity.

I’m proud to be an LGBTQIA+-affirming provider. For me, that isn’t simply a box to check it’s central to how I practice. If you’ve ever been told your needs are “too complicated,” or felt like you don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis, you’ll likely feel at home here.

My approach to therapy

My style is energetic, collaborative, and affirming, so sessions are active and engaged—not passive. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, celebrate meaningful progress, and help you challenge the stories and patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

I draw from CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, ERP for OCD, Motivational Interviewing for addiction, and the Gottman Method and EFT for couples. But I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I use the tools that best fit your needs, goals, and circumstances—not a scripted protocol.

I believe in your strengths, even when you can’t see them yet, and I’ll keep helping you reconnect with them until you do. With couples, I work to interrupt cycles of conflict, create space for understanding, and help you find your way back to each other—or make a clear-eyed decision about what comes next.

What you can expect from me

Expect a genuine conversation not a checklist or a form. I’ll ask what’s happening right now, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to feel different—not just clinically, but in your everyday life.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. Many clients leave their first session feeling heard in a way they didn’t expect and that’s often where meaningful work begins.

Telehealth makes support accessible from anywhere in Texas, and I’ll handle the logistics so you can focus on what matters most: yourself.
