Great to meet you!

If you have been carrying anxiety, stress, or the weight of navigating life in a new country,

or simply feel like something is off and you are not sure where to start, you are in the right

place. I am Jonnelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience

supporting people through complex life transitions, immigration challenges, anxiety and depression. My approach is holistic and deeply culturally responsive: I believe healing involves the

mind, body, and soul together, not just symptoms. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic-

informed techniques, we work at your pace to build clarity, resilience, and a life that feels

authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe that true healing begins with individualized, culturally responsive care that respects the unique lived experiences of every person. My therapeutic philosophy is centered on the vital connection between the mind, body, and soul, ensuring that we address the whole person rather than just a set of symptoms. By fostering a safe and inclusive space, I work collaboratively with my clients to align their goals with their personal values, promoting a balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we take it slow. You share as much or as little as you're comfortable with, while I listen with empathy and without judgment. Together we explore what brought you here, what support has (or hasn't) worked before, and what you most want to feel different in your life. By the end, you will leave with a clear sense of what our work together could look like and, most

importantly, whether this feels like the right space for you. There is no pressure and no

wrong answers.
