Welcome! I'm Jonnett, and I believe that once people start to heal, they can pursue opportunities that they previously did not feel capable of. I'm thrilled to join you on your journey! I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020 and I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches but I mainly focus on Somatic, EMDR, and EgoState Therapy approaches as I believe that calming the nervous system is the first step to lasting healing.

During our first session together, we will spend some time getting to know each other. I will review your background and any mental health concerns that you have. We will then create a plan moving forward to help you open up new opportunities for yourself.
