Great to meet you!

I bring both personal and professional experience working with military members and first responders, which allows me to understand the unique challenges and culture of these populations and makes me a strong fit for counseling individuals in these fields. I have experience in both substance use treatment and mental health care, enhancing my ability to support clients with co-occurring disorders. I specialize in trauma and am trained in evidence-based approaches, including brainspotting and other therapeutic tools, to help clients reduce the severity of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, anger, thoughts of self-harm, and other related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in grace and compassion, balanced with open-mindedness and direct, respectful challenge. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space while also helping clients examine patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be holding them back, encouraging growth, accountability, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where we address any questions that come up during the intake process. We will explore your goals for therapy, discuss current symptoms and concerns, and begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs, strengths, and priorities.
