Great to meet you!

I believe one of the bravest things we can do is to show up for our own journey - fully, honestly, and with compassion. As a psychotherapist (LCSW), I’m here to walk alongside you in that process, offering support, insight, and encouragement every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and challenging life transitions. My approach is holistic and person-centered, grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood. In our sessions, I strive to create a genuine and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly and safely.

I often integrate Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help deepen your understanding of how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact - supporting you in building awareness and making meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to ensure that therapy feels supportive, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're seeking healing, growth, or clarity, I'm here to walk with you on this path. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
