I have 10+ year experience working with women of all ages recover from anxiety, perfectionism, "stuck-ness", low self-worth and co-dependency. I have a special passion for working with other therapists and/or those in the helping professions as well as supporting women making the life-changing transition to motherhood

I take an integrative approach, giving you a variety of tools to support not just your emotional well-being but your nervous system as a whole. Together we can help uncover the "why" behind your symptoms, as well as identifying solutions to address them.
