More than 5 years post license, with a variety of settings and populations, I currently specialize in treating adult women, addressing trauma, and utilizing my training specific to personality disorders. I am EMDR and EAGALA certified, and love dogs and horses.

My approach to therapy

Utilizing trauma informed care and a nonjudgmental perspective, as well as Dialectic Behavior Therapy, my approach is to work with you toward your identified goals, whatever they may be.
