Great to meet you!

You might look like you’re doing fine on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed by the state of the world. Doomscrolling, constant stress, and big life transitions can leave you questioning your direction, your relationships, and your sense of meaning. Many young adults I work with struggle with anxiety, attachment issues, or a lingering sense of dread about the future. They want relief, clarity, and a way to feel grounded and connected again—without being told to just “think positive.”

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with young adults of all backgrounds using CBT and DBT grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based approach. Mindfulness is a core part of my work, helping clients slow down, understand their patterns, and respond differently to stress, anxiety, and relationships. I’m real, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you find meaning and stability during uncertain times.

What you can expect from me

If you’ve been scrolling profiles hoping someone will finally “get it,” this might be your sign to stop searching. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy—just a willingness to show up. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk, see if it feels right, and take the next step together.
