Great to meet you!
Jordan is a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience, shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. She earned her MSW through the advanced standing program at the University of Central Florida (2016).
After relocating to San Diego, Jordan spent several years in community mental health, offering psychosocial rehabilitation to people experiencing homelessness and serious mental illness. This work deepened her experience with diverse communities, including seniors, immigrants, BIPOC individuals, and LGBTQIA+ clients.
Her own IVF journey and transition into motherhood during the pandemic brought new focus to her practice. She completed post-graduate training through Postpartum Support International and is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist.
Today her practice centers on two areas of deep focus: perinatal mental health and neurodivergent adults, particularly those who received an Autistic or ADHD diagnosis later in life. In both areas, she brings the same orientation: thoughtful, identity-affirming support through some of life's most significant transitions.
