Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Jordan! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in working with BIPOC individuals across the lifespan. Seeking therapy can be overwhelming, but your healing does not have to happen alone. I support client's that are expereincing a variety of concerns such as but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relational concerns, self-esteem, identity exploration, and the impact of social and systemic stressors. I am committed to helping clients heal and grow while fostering resilience and empowerment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices while prioritizing relationship, connection, and collaboration. I draw from EMDR, parts- work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to meet clients where they are and support healing that feels safe, empowering, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a compassionate, welcoming, and identity-affirming space for all individuals to process and share their truths. I want you to be able to communicate with me in a way that feels true to who you are without fear of judgement. I hope to cultivate a space that helps you process and heal at a pace that feels right for you. I honor my client's identities and experiences in order to foster resilience and growth. From our initial consultation call through the therapeutic journey, I am here to support, guide, and collaborate healing with you.
