Great to meet you!

I have experience working across a variety of settings, with a primary focus on trauma, healthy boundaries, and strengthening relationships. I approach each client with sensitivity and respect for their unique experiences, meeting them where they are and tailoring my work to support their individual goals.

My approach to therapy

I do not take a traditional or overly clinical approach to counseling. My style is conversational, collaborative, and personal, allowing our work together to feel more natural and authentic. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported while also encouraging meaningful growth. I will gently challenge unhelpful patterns, question negative self-beliefs, and hold you accountable to the version of yourself you are capable of becoming.

What you can expect from me

The first session often involves more structured questions as we spend time gathering background information and understanding what brings you to therapy. While this can feel more formal, it helps create a strong foundation for our work together. After the initial session, therapy becomes much more conversational. Together, we will develop a clear plan, identify goals, and determine how we will move forward in a way that feels collaborative and supportive.
