Great to meet you!

I practice what I preach. After successfully going through therapy to better myself, I dedicated my life to helping others do the same. I have a heart for others and and a passion for helping them. Working for many years with substance abuse clients has also given me a strong foundation in other co-occurring problems. This means I am very skilled in working with mental health disorders, youth counseling, couples counseling, and overcoming personal struggles.

My approach to therapy

I take a person centered approach. This means that while I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience, it is not my primary focus. My goal is to walk alongside you in your journey as we discuss the path and steps that work best for you as an individual.

What you can expect from me

After a session with me, you can expect to feel empowered and affirmed. You can expect to have developed new perspectives as you examine your thoughts and behaviors.
