Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, anger, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I specialize in helping individuals better understand the challenges they face while building practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create a healthier, more fulfilling life. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck and develop strategies that help you move toward your goals with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, changing unhelpful thought patterns, and improving daily functioning. Therapy should feel supportive while also creating meaningful progress. Together, we'll identify strengths, build resilience, and develop realistic strategies that support long-term growth, emotional wellness, and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, your personal strengths, and the goals you'd like to achieve. My priority is creating a safe, comfortable environment where you feel respected, supported, and understood. Together, we'll begin identifying the areas of your life you'd like to improve and create a clear plan for moving forward. You'll leave with a better understanding of how therapy can support your goals and what our work together may look like.
