Great to meet you!

I have worked in a variety of settings such as outpatient programs for substance use, residential treatment centers, non profit organizations, and a psychiatric hospital. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and families experiencing various life stressors, relational problems, anxiety, depression, transitions, trauma, personal growth challenges etc. My overarching mission is to help clients reach their goals and work towards healing.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about building a relationship with my clients that promotes safety and have found that in a nurturing environment, growth can develop organically and bring about positive change. Together we will uncover your inner strengths and explore the obstacles that limit your ability to access your authentic and best self.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I will provide you with a nonjudgmental space where we can establish goals and work towards a more enriched life by achieving these goals step by step.
