Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jordan D. Le Blanc, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that small, consistent adjustments can lead to meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients reframe experiences of pain or struggle into opportunities for personal and intergenerational healing. I bring a calm, steady presence and create a space where you can slow down, gain perspective, and begin to reconnect with yourself and others in healthier ways.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and psychodynamic, meaning we’ll look at how past experiences and patterns shape your present life and relationships. I work collaboratively and intentionally, helping clients build internal safety before exploring deeper emotions or trauma. I draw from attachment theory and strength-based, process-oriented work to help you understand how you show up in relationships and to support growth that feels sustainable and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you in and what support feels most helpful right now. You can expect a thoughtful, conversational pace—no pressure to rush or have everything figured out. My goal is to create a grounded and compassionate environment where you can begin exploring what’s been heavy and start identifying small steps toward healing and balance.
