Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of North Georgia in May 2024 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.

My approach to therapy

I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions and uncover the deeper meaning within your experiences. I believe every story is unique and worthy of being heard and understood. In our work together, we will move at your pace. My goal is to meet you where you are, providing support, understanding, and respect as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and greater self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy working with individuals across all stages of life—whether it’s children learning to manage big feelings, adults navigating life transitions, or older adults reflecting on their journey. At every age, having a supportive space to explore one’s inner world is vital.
