Great to meet you!

Life has a way of asking a lot from us. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress, adjusting to a major life change, caring for a loved one, or facing the challenges that come with aging, it's easy to spend so much time taking care of everyone else that you forget to care for yourself. Therapy offers a place to slow down, take a breath, and focus on what you need. I'm Jordan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with degrees from Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at Arlington. Over the past seven years, I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most challenging and meaningful moments. I have a special passion for working with older adults and individuals navigating aging, caregiving, and end-of-life concerns, while helping clients of all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe some of the most meaningful healing begins when you finally have a place where you don't have to carry everything alone. My approach is warm, compassionate, and rooted in genuine connection. I want therapy to feel like a conversation where you can show up exactly as you are, without worrying about being judged or having all the right answers. Together, we'll make sense of what's been weighing on you, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical ways to manage life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and peace of mind.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to know exactly where you're going before you begin. Our first session is simply an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what has brought you here, and explore what you hope life will look like moving forward. We'll create goals together and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, encouraged, and reassured that you don't have to navigate life's challenges on your own. If you're ready to invest in your well-being, I invite you to schedule a session through my profile. I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
