Jordan O'Brien

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from children as young as four to seniors as old as 79, navigating a variety of challenging circumstances. However, I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals in their late teens through early thirties—often young men—who are facing transitional periods in their lives. These individuals typically benefit from targeted guidance and support to help them overcome obstacles and get back on track toward achieving their goals. I have a Masters in Social Work that taught me the importance of the therapeutic relationship focusing on what is most important for each client.

I love working with teens, young twenties, single thirties, and veterans. I have extensive experience with those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, family struggles, and athletes. I would be happy to talk about different strategies that best align with you so we can collaborate on the best path forward.

The sessions will start with a “get to know you” time where we will learn about the therapeutic relationship and offer insight into different therapy options. Perspective clients should expect to be greeted by a friendly, warm, and accepting therapist eager to engage with them about what is going on with them. I believe I can offer education in mental health, strategies to improve symptoms, and clarity for those who feel stuck.
