Great to meet you!

I have experience working with many types of people, of many different backgrounds and cultures. I have work experience in hospice, traumatic injuries, behavioral health, maternal health, women's issues and new parenthood. I also have experience working with anxiety, grief and adjustment disorders. I have lived in North Carolina, South Carolina and Colorado. I'm currently living in Tennessee.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I see you as the true “expert” in your own life and see myself as a guide and mentor along the way. Drawing from an array of educational, career, and life experiences, I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mind-body approaches to support individuals in a whole-person, strength-based way, combining insight with action. I also like to use humor and authenticity in the therapy process.

What you can expect from our first session

Please know that you don't have to suffer alone. My goal is to offer clients different perspectives and tools to achieve their short and long term goals, whatever those may be.
