Great to meet you!

I earned my B.S. in psychology at the University of Maryland (UMD) and attended Boston College earning my Masters in Clinical Social Work with an emphasis on children and families. I currently hold my License in Clinical Social Work/Supervision in the states of Texas and Tennessee.

I've worked in a variety of settings including outpatient therapy, mobile crisis outreach, college counseling, and most recently have maintained a private practice for 5 years. I have extensive practice supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences. I also enjoy working with adult children of parents with personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the therapeutic experience should include authenticity, openness and growth. My social work practice is rooted in person centered, solution-focused treatment that highlights the strengths and resiliency of the individuals I serve.

What you can expect from me

This is a space where we can work together to help you meet your goals. I am inclusive, welcoming to all, and believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the key to success.
