Heyo! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I attended the University of Central Missouri (aka CMSU) for my Bachelor Degree and Avila University for my Master Degree. I utilize EMDR and IFS techniques to explore things from anxiety to trauma.
Humor is my best friend (appropriate of course), I think showing up genuine and human in a space to sit and process trauma is important. Professional yet inviting and warm; expect chill vibes and hard work.
I want therapy to feel authentic to you, not clinical, not awkward, but approachable and safe. Typically, the first session I want YOU to assess, is this the right fit for me? Ultimately, we will walk through trauma, coping skills, negative beliefs.. and I want you to feel safe and comfortable in the therapy space.
