Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio with over 13 years of experience working in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents, as well as supporting young adults through the transition into adulthood. I understand that each stage of life brings unique challenges, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe each client brings unique strengths and experiences into the therapeutic process, and I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, develop effective coping strategies, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During your first assessment session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals for treatment. This helps me better understand your experiences and determine how I can best support you.

The assessment is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide whether therapy feels like a good fit. Together, we will begin identifying goals and creating a plan tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace.

You do not need to have everything figured out before your first session—just come as you are.
