Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience helping adults navigate stress, life transitions, and the pressures that come with roles like parenting, relationships, and work. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable people who are used to doing well in their lives, but have reached a point where something feels harder to navigate or old strategies aren’t working the way they used to. My work focuses on helping you understand patterns that are keeping you stuck and develop practical tools that lead to meaningful change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe most people already have the strengths they need to create change— they just need fresh tools, structure, or perspectives to move forward. My style is supportive and collaborative, with a gentle level of directness when it's helpful. I also believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with action. Clients who work with me can expect practical strategies, reflection exercises, and tools to apply between sessions so that the work we do together carries into your daily life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what motivated you to get started in therapy. We’ll talk about what’s feeling stressful, overwhelming, or out of alignment in your life and what you hope will feel different moving forward. If you feel a little unsure about how to explain everything you're experiencing, that’s completely normal. Part of my role is helping you sort through and make sense of it. By the end of the session, my goal is that you feel heard, supported, and have a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
