Great to meet you!

I’ve lived through chaos and instability, often surviving by escaping into books and music. It wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I realized I needed to rewrite my own narrative. Now, I help others uncover the stories that hold them back. My goal is to meet you where you are, without judgment, and guide you toward building a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the stories we tell ourselves can either limit or free us. My therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each client’s unique experiences. Whether addressing trauma, ADHD, or other challenges, I emphasize mindfulness, acceptance, and value-based actions. Together, we’ll gently unravel old narratives, helping you adapt, grow, and reconnect with the present moment.

What you can expect from me

Our work will help you gain clarity, acceptance, and the ability to navigate challenges with greater ease. You’ll leave sessions with new perspectives, tools, and the freedom to create a life aligned with your values. While the process may feel uncomfortable at times, it’s designed to help you let go of limiting beliefs and build a more flexible, fulfilling experience of life.
