My name is Jordan Vail. I have been working in the mental health field for over 14 years. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the great state of Texas. I am currently working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist under the supervision of Amanda Robinson, LPC-S, RPT-S.
I provide grounded care for children, teens, and adults. I utilize a holistic approach, viewing the client as a whole being, rather than a sum of parts. Specializing in overcoming anxiety, stress-management, life transitions, and initiating change, I help clients to develop tools and skills to have more agency over their life.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey and work to create a safe, welcoming space for all. My approach is built on connection and empathy, helping clients gain deeper insight. Through our work together, I focus on empowerment, validation, and boosting emotional intelligence. We face life’s challenges side by side, navigating them with understanding and strength. In my work with younger clients, I’m currently pursuing certification as a Registered Play Therapist under the supervision of Amanda Robinson, LPC-S, RPT-S.
