Great to meet you!

I believe that the quality of our relationships—with others and with ourselves—is the strongest predictor of our happiness. In our work together, I bring a balance of warm empathy and the seasoned eyes of a therapist who has spent years navigating the complexities of human connection. I specialize in helping people find their way back to themselves when they feel they’ve lost their compass or strayed from their personal integrity. My background in eco-systemic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) allows us to look at you not as a "problem to be solved," but as a whole person living within a complex web of family, work, and history.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on creating a space where silence is actually productive, allowing your emotions the room they need to surface and breathe. I won’t just nod along; I’m here to ask the hard questions and offer direct observations that help you see the patterns you might be standing too close to notice.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Trauma-Informed care, we work to identify the "parts" of you that feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed. I don’t choose the path for you—I help you clear the brush so you can see your own path more clearly. We focus on:

  • Relational Health: Untangling the "why" behind your relationship patterns.
  • Integrity & Alignment: Finding your way back to your core values when you feel lost.
  • Trauma Resolution: Moving past "coping" and into genuine processing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about lowering the noise. We’ll spend our time getting a clear map of where you are right now and where you feel you’ve lost your way. You can expect a session that feels both spacious and structured—you’ll have the room to share your story, but you’ll also benefit from my direct feedback early on. My goal is for you to leave that first hour feeling heard, respected, and quietly confident that growth is not just possible, but already beginning.
