Great to meet you!

My approach centers around your self-empowerment. When challenges and struggles arise in life, you do not have to walk alone. Whether you have experienced a recent life transition, loss, setback, struggles in parenting, relationships, have self-defeating beliefs and barriers, or are seeking support to heal from a recent or childhood trauma, I will be honored to guide you to gain control of your life and reclaim your personal power.

I have committed over 20 years to fostering a safe and expansive space for adults and youth to discover their human potential, heal from trauma, and develop the tools to live a thriving life of vitality.

I will guide you to tap into your innate wisdom that will lead to transformation. My approach is integrated, and I draw from my diverse experience in traditional talk therapy, CBT, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, drama and creative arts therapies. I understand every person brings unique experiences, together we will discover what works best for you.

As someone with intersectional and expansive identities, I work with people from diverse backgrounds in processing and understanding their feelings and experiences so they can feel confident to make choices in their lives. I understand the challenges we face living in this modern world and invite you to take a step forward in creating your path forward.

My approach to therapy

I approach my work from a client-centered and transpersonal approach.

I am warm, direct, relational, affirming, and playful.

I offer a space for you to feel a sense of expansion and connection offering Drama and Creative Arts Therapies, Mindfulness and Meditation, Somatic practices such as Polyvagal Theory and Brainspotting, CBT, and Parts Work (such as Internal Family Systems and Drama Therapy methods). I customize sessions to meet your needs.

Being human is a creative project

Every role you've stepped into, every challenge you've moved through, every reinvention you've survived has required imagination, courage, and creativity.

Whether you're an artist, entrepreneur, parent, student, executive, or trying to find your footing, you've been using your imagination to shape your life, navigate challenges, and be here today. Yet sometimes that creativity gets stuck, and when it does, we can feel it in our spirit. We lose our sense of direction, our sense of self.

When the path forward feels unclear, and the weight of uncertainty makes it hard to move, our brain and body will speak up. Using brain-body-based and evidence-based practices, I will support you in unlocking your innate ability to heal, grow, and thrive. Because leveraging human creativity isn't just about making things — it's how we heal, how we honor ourselves, and how we move forward.

When we revisit our creativity from an empowered place and help it move and evolve, something opens. That's where transformation lives. I'm here to help you unlock what's waiting to move.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will tune in to what is important to you. I will offer tools in session to help you connect with what you are seeking. Using evidence-based body-brain connection, you will begin to experience reconnection with your values, empowered self, and vision for the future.

Whatever you have been through, or at whatever stage you are in your healing, I offer a space for us to explore what you want in your life.
