Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. My journey has been shaped by living and working across the country.

After earning my master’s degree from Portland State University, I began my career in a community mental health clinic, where I gained valuable experience working with a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. Later, I focused on serving the military and veteran community, developing specialized skills in treating PTSD, trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, and navigating life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open-minded, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, and supportive therapy. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through challenges. Whether you're dealing with the aftermath of trauma, managing ongoing stress, or facing significant life changes, I am here to support you on your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Getting started can often feel like the hardest step, but you won’t be alone. Together, we will explore your needs and clearly identify the goals that matter most to you.
