Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Since becoming a Social Worker, I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have come to learn though that I work best with adolescents, adults, and older adults. No matter the population or problem, I enjoy working with individuals and helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build effective coping strategies, and focus on meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

I have a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress management challenges. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, develop self-compassion, and feel empowered to navigate life’s uncertainties with greater clarity and purpose.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and finding the right therapist matters. I strive to create an authentic, welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
