Jordyn Diggs

Welcome! I am Jordyn, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I bring with me eight years of experience in coaching, advocacy, and therapy. My expertise lies in treating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, personality disorders, and individuals facing various life stressors. I have worked extensively with individuals affected by the justice systems. I am certified in psychological first aid, forensic social work, and financial social work. I also have 9 years of military experience.

The most important qualities that I prioritize in therapy are providing a welcoming, warm environment, and an open, non-judgement and respectful space. I have collaborated in therapy with people of all different walks of life, races, gender identities, incarcerated individuals, victims, survivors, and more. I’m proud to give a safe place to all humans.

I primarily utilize cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy and solutions-focused techniques.

Your sessions with me will offer an opportunity to think out loud, process your thoughts, receive feedback and gain insight on your mental health. My goal is to provide you with the support you require, be it a non-judgmental, listening ear, educational insights, recommendations, encouragement for growth, and comfort. You will leave each session with a token of self discovery, progress and a plan.
